Welcome to Suhaag by Seerat. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Products and Availability

We offer made-to-order South Asian clothing and selected jewellery.

Product colours, embroidery and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings and the handcrafted nature of our garments.

We aim to describe our products accurately and will communicate any material changes to an order.

Made-to-Order Clothing

Most clothing is produced after an order is placed. Customers selecting custom stitching must provide accurate measurements and any required design details.

Production generally takes 4–6 weeks, unless otherwise specified. Production begins once the necessary measurements and order details have been confirmed.

Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is required at checkout. Shipping charges and any taxes collected by us will be shown during checkout.

Additional import duties or customs charges may apply as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Orders and Cancellations

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.

Requests to amend or cancel an order should be made as soon as possible. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may be restricted, subject to applicable consumer rights.
