Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Suhaag by Seerat, each outfit is thoughtfully made to order, with care and attention given to every detail. We want you to feel confident about your purchase, so here's everything you need to know about production and delivery.

Production Times

Our made-to-order clothing typically requires 4–6 weeks for production, bridal lehengas and shararas can take up to 12 weeks. For custom-stitched outfits, production begins once your measurements and order details have been received and confirmed.

If you're shopping for a wedding or special occasion, we recommend ordering well in advance and allowing additional time for delivery.

Jewellery Orders

Our available jewellery pieces are ready to ship and are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Australia, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

If your order contains both clothing and jewellery, you may receive separate deliveries.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated per item at checkout:

All shipping fees are charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Rates may be updated as courier costs change.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location, courier service and customs processing.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. The 4–6 week production period does not include delivery transit time.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll share tracking details where available.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delays

While we always aim to meet our estimated timelines, occasional delays can occur due to production requirements, courier disruptions or customs clearance.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
